About Us

"A Case for Comfort"

Sleepy Threads Pillowcase Ministry makes soft, colorful, custom sewn flannel pillowcases and provides them free of charge to children who are ill. Many of these kids are fighting serious diseases such as cancer and are patients in various children's hospitals. In Matthew 19:14 Jesus said, "Let the children come to me and do not stop them, because the Kingdom of heaven belongs to such as these." The real blessing occurs when you put flesh on your faith and share Jesus' love with some precious, hurting kids. It's remarkable how much comfort these pillowcases bring them. The ministry also provides pillowcases to seniors, who are ill or shut-in, and to traumatized, at-risk young adults. Psalm 4:8 from God's Word reads, “In peace I will lay down and sleep, for you alone, O Lord, will keep me safe.” This scripture is imprinted on a really nice card that is included with each pillowcase.
